Team work is an essential skill that’s required. Do not micromanage but let people have the ability to make their own decision.

Lastly one must be of recomendable character. In all aspects. This is the ability to recognize your strengths and weaknesses and implement them in a way
Tha will guarantee you suceess.
Now you Know go forth and reach the stars.
From the good book Proverbs(by Solomon wealthiest man ever lived) 14:22,24 You will earn the trust and respect of others if you work for good; if you work for evil, you are making a mistake. Wise people are rewarded with wealth, but fools are known by their foolishness.
